Thermal Transient

Add-on to InfraScope II

  • InfraRed Thermal Pulse Measurement
  • Calibrated Temperature vs. Time Output
  • Automatic Emissivity Correction
  • Integrates to InfraScope II
  • Complements Thermal Mapping
  • 3 dB bandwidth of 250 KHz

Need pulse mode junction temperatures? QFI’s transient option is a single element, high-speed thermal detector, that is centered on the main InfraScope image and uses the same optics and the same measurement set-up. The single element can be digitized at very high rates. QFI’s transient software integrates with the main InfraScope imaging software and also provides automatic emissivity correction, and quickly outputs temperature vs. time in an oscilloscope format.
